Caution

Planned a trip with my son's for a couple months . I live in the Valley and wanted to keep my business local . One son came up from Qrange county , the other from Pearl city Hawaii where was recently stationed after Iraq . It was easy to book the bike and I did four weeks in advance paid in full . When the day to pick up came , I phone the owner , after asking if we could pick up a couple hrs early . He quickly swore at me told me he would refund my $ and hung up on me. He did refund the money the following day .
Would like to point out that it was agood exchange as I called Vacaville H.D. asap they had us on a better bike for $ 65.00 less a day and a 2k dep. not 2.5k . so we were able to rent a bike for another day and save $50.00 . I am also a local business owner and was blown away with the treatment i recieved . Sorry to have to post this , but be forwarned . Kim

Great Customer Service

My wife & I rented a Harley from Nieman's and it was the best experience we've ever had. We've rented Harleys from all over the world. His knowledge and great personality made us feel comfortable. The business has been there for many years and we will be renting from them again soon. We found him to be quite professional and the bikes are maintained beautifully. I would recommend Nieman's highly. Thank you for the great time we had!

i personaly enjoy being around nieman he has great humor but when it comes to work he is the most relyible person
being able to work with nieman make it easy to learn about morticycles
i reccomend it because it is a good way to see napa just remember ......fill the tank befor returning
