Tourists take-away and locals linger, but both delight in sweet and savory options. Brick ovens from the 1920’s fire organic, artisan bread, alongside celebrated pastries like caramel pecan buns, apricot streusel twists and melt-in-your-mouth English muffins. Good bread is Heaven. What a great place to start your day prior to heading out for wine tastings. Grab a cup of coffee and one or two of their pasties. Chocolate eclairs are my favorite. Then get some pre-made sandwiches to take with you. I recommend the procuitto and gueyere!
