It's not half bad for the price.. Overture can only be purchased at this store. At least I mean it can't be found at BevMo or other retail wine specialists. It's a really good bottle of wine for around $50, and my out of town in-laws are always wowed they're having something only Californians have all the time. Ha-ha! Seriously though, it's not half bad for the price. Try it for yourself!

Designed by the architectural firm that dreamt up the Transamerica building, Opus One seems to grow out of the grassy earth surrounding it, making it easy to drive right by and miss the winery. Grapes are processed by gravity-flow method, which is why the winery juts up pointily from the earth. Anyone interested in wine will likely enjoy this winery's tour, which is free of charge, although the tasting is not.
