Kind, experienced, and skillful psychologist. Dr. Dittrich is top notch. She's been in private practice for over 20 years which is evident in her integrative approach. She is able to draw from many sources (i.e., psychological, spiritual, etc.) to tailor her approach to what you need. I am a psychologist myself and when I was asking colleagues for the name of a good, local therapist, her name came up repeatedly.

I was able to move through a very painful time in my life with her support and guidance. She provided practical suggestions that I was able to employ during the week, which really helped to ground me at a time when I really needed it. Everyone needs a tune up once in awhile.

Although I worked with individually, I know that she also specializes in couples work.

I highly recommend Dr. Dittrich. she is a very nice person and a gifted therapist. Her office is also beautiful and relaxing with plenty of parking.

Excellent psychologist. Very pratical approach to solving problems. Is very tenacious and will stay with you until there are answers and resolutions. Has a fantastic office that is soothing and relaxful.
