In my 30 years experience with MCM Jobes, the employees are always friendly and ready to help. Their skills are excellent! Their service reflects their motto, "If you're happy tell someone, if you're not tell us." They take care of my needs to fit my schedule. They take pride in their work and it shows. The owner is willing to take the time to explain what's needed. I have my truck serviced regularly, and before trips. I won't take my car anywhere else!

I have been going to MCM Jobes for 21 years, getting all of my preventive maintainence , smogs, and repairs. I have been very satisfied and feel great knowing that I have automotive technicians that I respect and trust. I especially appreciate them taking the time to thoroughly explain things to me. Thanks MCM Jobes for keeping my vehicles maintained!

Wow... I've never written a review before, but felt compelled after reading such a negative one... I've had the exact opposite experience at MCM Jobe's. I have a company car, so fortunately I don't have to bear the cost of repairs or service. The guys at Jobe's know that, and yet have repeatedly (on at least 3 occasions I can think of) passed up easy opportunities to make repairs that weren't (or aren't) necessary yet. I've practically asked them to find as much wrong with it as they can. Nothing... "Nope, your brakes are good and don't need to be replaced yet." "We could fix the motor on the back window but the part is pretty expensive..." They've never tried to upsell me on anything, and never come across as condescending. I'm sorry the other reviewer had such a bad experience there. I know that feeling, but not from MCM Jobe's. (I could go on for an hour about why I'd never take a car to Jensen motors! Argh!!!) Anyhow, I've referred them to friends, who've also had nothing but positive experiences. I've been going to them for 4 or 5 years now, and plan to continue. I trust them, and highly recommend them.
