Initially great service, diminshed with time.
I have used Classic Car wash for my favorite cars (Toyota Avalon and Subaru Legacy wagon) for about 2 years now. Initially, the quality of the cleaning was terrific! Definitely 5 star.
However, as I continued to return to receive the same excellent service, it has continued to diminish in quality and, unless I get there first thing in the morning, and/or you stand there and point issues out to them before you exit, you really don't get your $20 worth (plus tip!).
And even when I leave the trunk wide open on the Avalon, they still don't vacuum it out -- !
I wish it were different, because I like their basic concept, but it is not as good as it was, by a long shot! Sorry!…
Just Like New. I have a black truck that I took in for a detail and to diminish the look of the swirl marks. They did an exceptional job. It looks better than when I bought it new and that was just 2 years ago. I'll definately go back again.…
