Excellent Customer Service. I have gone to a couple other tanning places such as Splash and felt completely uncomfortable. Palms, however, made me feel welcome right away. The employees are very helpful and they treat you like you are part of the family. I have never experienced any problems with their hours. They are open early in the morning until as late as 8 in the evening. I highly recommend them and I would never go anywhere else.
