First Salon I've been truly happy with in the Napa Valley. Needed a good hair cut, went on several recommendations to other places and wasn't happy. Read all the reviews about Panache on Yelp and on other sites and decided to give them a call. They were friendly and open to my quick need for an appointment. Met with Brownwyn and she listened, understood and did SUCH an amazing job with my hair. Thank you!!!

Horrible experience. Well, as a person who lives in Napa, I've tried 3 salons, and all three gave me bad cuts. When I say bad, I mean it. I have easy, straight, fine hair, and this experience at Panache has turned me off completely. First, she (I will not mention names) chopped off my hair and tore through the layers (painfully! can you believe painfully!) with a razor, giving me a broken hair look. I've NEVER had that happen in my life. She would not copy the layers of my great sylist I use in Berkeley, and rushed the cut in 12 minutes.

I wasted $50, and had to go to my girl the following week in Berkeley in tears to have her fix it.

Now I need to wait a good year before the cut is back to the right length, and those aweful broken hairs are cut off.

Never again! Don't go to anyone who is known for giving a "fast" cut for $45!!!
