I had new Simonton windows installed in my home by American Windows Systems in 2005 and they have made a huge difference. Recently while I was cleaning one of my windows, I accidentally broke a part on the window. I called American Window Systems to report the problem and they were very friendly and helpful. The very next day they had one of their installers fix the window and he was excellent as well. I would recommend them to anyone that needs new windows.
