do yourself a favor and seek out another lender. bofa is undergoing some major transitions while joining with countrywide, which unfortunately is unnecessarily slowing and complicating their loan approval processes. In addition, there seems to be a severe lack of communication during this time. our experience was a nightmare. we will no longer be doing nay business with bofa. for the sake of others getting loans through them currently, we do hope they get their act together sooner than later...
