Wine Country Charm- A perfect wine country getaway. This is your wine country home away from home. It's perfect charm and cozy setting makes for a relaxed and quaint getaway.

We stayed in the Lavender Room, the second story mini suite. The bed and linens were so comfortable.

I love the owners, Doug and Judy.

An idyllic cottage in a quaint wine country town.. The Scene
This charming Victorian country cottage is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built in the 1860s and is the only cottage remaining at its original location according to the town layout that was developed by Samuel Brannan, Calistoga's founder and one of California's early entrepreneurs.

The Details
This property is distinguished by its intricate gingerbread, gable-board and scalloped ridge cresting. It features a broad wraparound porch and a private courtyard surrounded by ornamental and herb gardens. Inside, a cozy parlor with working fireplace accents a soothing environment where guests can sample wines from Napa or Sonoma Valley wineries. Guest rooms are decorated in an old-fashioned style with four-poster beds and private entrances.
