cheap and dishonest. We went to grab a cup of coffee at the complementary coffee station, but they were out of regular coffee. The front desk staff apologized and said we could grab a cup from the breakfast area. You can grab a cup from the breakfast area, but at more than 3$ a cup you would think you got a latte. Then I left my 64GB Ipod touch in the room docking station and it magically disappeared. The Manager told me, "her staff returns diamond rings" well obviously not expensive IPods! They did not offer an apology or any options to recover my loss.

In addition, we had to repeatedly ask the hotel staff to "shh por favor" early in the morning.
