Not only does this place have everything you want for biking in wine country, the staff is amazing and really goes out of their way to make your stay in Napa terrific.

I was immediately impressed with the courteousness and professionalism the tour exhibited. The bike ride although more difficult towards the end was a peaceful journey through the wine country. The bikes were good quality and comfortable. The tour guide and van driver were extremely friendly. The lunch they provided us was delicious. The best part was all the different personalities mingling.
Pros: meeting good people, exercise
Cons: I realized I'm getting older, but not really a con
