Best Wines and Tasting Room Staff In Napa!!!.
I visited Provenance Vineyards with friends and had the most wonderful time. Only one person in our group was familiar with the wine and none of us had ever visited the winery before. As we entered the tasting room we were greeted with two kind smiles and cheery "hellos". The room was absolutely beautiful with the wine barrel floors and large windows.
Our wine tastings were amazing. The wine was the best we had during the whole trip and the staff was friendly, kind and very very knowledgable. They offered us dining recommendations and even made the reservation for us. The winemaker even passed through the tasting room and spent some time talking with us. Top notch customer service! I loved it so much that me and my husband joined the wine club. We continue to get outstanding wines and service from home.
If you are heading to the Napa Valley I recommend going to Provenance Vineyards. It will be one of your best parts of your wine country trip!

Second Worst Napa Experience.
My party of 8 arrived for a wine tasting at used to be one of the better wineries in the area. Upon arrival we found that there was a 5th birthday celebration that was being rained out. The nice woman behind the bar offered us to taste or join the party. We decided to join the party at a cost of $50.00 per couple vs. $20.00 for tasting. After some members of our party came in a few minutes later, they wanted to do the quicker tasting and as I attempted to change our $50.00 to $20.00 tastings, the lady that took our cash said that it was not possible to taste today in their winery and that anyone who walked into the door would have to pay $25.00. I said that we were just interested in the 20.00 tasting and she said that she couldn't do that today. So we decided to leave and go next door to Grigch Hills which was one of the best experiences and wineries of the day along with Domaine Chandon which is always awesome.
