Very Friendly and Professional. I'm not sure what all the hate mail is about, but Dr. Jewell is the kind of doctor I've been looking for. He is professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I was a little hesitant after reading these reviews but was pleasantly surprised after my visit with him. He answered all of my concerns and then some. After being with Kaiser for a lifetime, it's refreshing to finally come across a doctor who has a passion for his craft. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. The only thing I could think is that if you're a talker, Dr. Jewell might just talk over you.

Worst Health Service Ever!. I went to see Dr. Jewell when I first moved to the area. He was recommended by a colleague. Huge mistake! I have been diagnosed with pan colitis years ago. I was having a flare-up but basically was looking for a general family doc who I like with a recommendation for a great GI specialist. When I told him of my recent problem, he put me on anti-depressants. I started to gain weight, be short with people, extremely emotional and so drowsy I was late to work every day. I was exhausted. When I googled what he gave me I was furious that he put me on anti-depressants that cause stomach problems as a side effect for a colitis problem I was having. My father is a physician and has been for 35 years and was extremely surprised. This was the worst medical care I have ever received. If you value your health, find another doctor!

great doc. I really like Dr. Jewell and appreciate his passion for medicine. He has been very accommodating and a great doctor for me and my family for years now. He comes highly recommended. Go see him and see if you click.

Run don't walk. Run, don't walk, to another doctor. If you'd like a doctor who listens, cares, and takes time to answer your concerns and questions, Dr. Jewell is not that guy.

Great Doctor. My family and I have been going to Dr. Jewell for a couple of years now. He is consistently professional, kind, knowledgeable and friendly. His staff is friendly too. I have never had to wait for a long time. He has even fit me into his schedule when I was ill and needed to be seen that day.

Good Doctor. Unlike "Terrible Treament" guy, I have never had a problem with Dr. Jewell or his staff. The staff of the doctor he was next to - they're a different story. However, he has now moved, and I'm glad to be away from them.

Dr. Jewell has always been very responsive and thoughtful; I came to him on a referral from a coworker, and I am glad to refer him to anyone I know needs a doctor.

Terrible Treatment. I found lumps and thought I might have cancer. The office manager was irritated that I called after waiting for over a week for test results that I was assured I would get much sooner (by the doctor himself) She treated me very roughly and never did get me results. Later, I talked to the doctor and he backed up his girl, saying that she would never have said the things she did to me. Amazing!
