Yountville's all-in-one destination for dining, shopping and family fun.. Originally built in 1870 by German-born vintner Gottlieb Groezinger, this former site of the Groezinger Winery has since become one of Napa Valley's favorite destinations for shopping, entertainment and fine (yet fun) dining. Opened as V Marketplace in 1968, the brick-lined complex welcomes more than 500,000 visitors every year. Whether it's gourmet foods, olive oil tastings and handcrafted housewares at Michael Chiarello's popular NapaStyle boutique, fine art at one of several galleries, hot air balloon rides at Adventures Aloft, or wine tastings at V Wine Cellar (home to more than 4,000 vinos), there's a little something for everyone here.
