Best Pedicure Ever. The best pedicures i have had in Napa.

I saw many friendly faces ready to help me with my nails. They know how to treat you right. My feet have never felt like this since a long time. They have very reasonable prices. This place is very comfortable and they have many different variety of nail polish. Make sure you come here for a manicure. I will come here everytime i pass by.

You call this a manicure!?. I was in need of 'fills' for my gel nails. This seemed like a convenient place to go. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was placed at Julie's station right inside the door. After having begun working on my hands, she decided that my current nails should come off so she could start from scratch. OUCH #1! Anyone who's had gel or acrylic nails knows that they don't come off until they're ready to. She cut all the nails down to my fingertips, taking my own nails with them and began prying away at the gel nails. IT HURT but what choice did I have at this point?

Once all the nails were off and she'd gotten all the new tips put on another customer arrived. Right in the middle of my manicure I was told to go to another chair. HUH!!?? I guess this other customer was another client of Julie's, but I've never been moved from one tech to another in the middle of a treatment before. How absolutely rude!

I guess I was seated at Theresa's table. What a mess! Doe she ever clean anything around there? Her technique was rough, abrassive and PAINFUL. Her own hands were less than clean as she was working on mine. Gross! She uses tools, like the square buffer, that should have been disposed of long ago. I have no less that 7 finger with cuts, and scrapes on them courtesy of Theresa... and they HURT! To top it off, I was charged $40 for what should have been a $20 fill job!

I will NEVER go back there again and will gladly share my experience with anyone who will listen.

THE BEST IN TOWN. I HAVE HAD PEDICURES IN FOUR DIFFERENT NAIL SALONS IN NAPA AND THIS ONE IS THE BEST. I GUESS THAT IS WHY I GO BACK AFTER TRYING OTHER SALONS.

THE GIRLS ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY,EXPERIENCED,WELL TRAINED AND PROFESSIONAL.BESIDES THERESA,NANCY,MAY AND JULIE ARE TERRIFIC. THE FOOT AND LEG MASSAGE AT THE END IS TO DIE FOR.

MY TOES AND FEET ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WHEN I LEAVE. TRY IT YOU WILL ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE AND THE RESULTS.
