P.OAK EVERYWHERE AT CAMPSITES. We camped here with children and were flabbergasted (along with all of our camping neighbors) at the extremely prolific p.oak in the camping sites. We literally could not step one foot off the path to the bathroom, for example, or would be thick in P.oak. P.oak EVERYWHERE in all the brush and tres at the site. We have never seen anything like it at a campground. Such a bummer when you travel with children; no one's kids could explore around our site, or even collect a stick or dead leaf for that matter. Take a walk above those beautiful Napa vineyards as you explore this wine-country park and its pretty streams..

1,170 feet. Trails also lead to nearby Bale Grist Mill State Historic Park as well as a grove of redwoods. Campsites are available for tents or trailers/RVs and are close to restrooms and showers.…
hikes and mills. A lovely, mellow place for a hike. Don't miss the old, recently restored water-powered grist mill--the rangers give tours and you can buy stone-ground flour and cornmeal ground by the mill.
